We’re married couple Cliff & Angela, Cofounders of Marked. It’s our work to put together wedding experiences for couples in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland & surrounding areas that are legal, authentic, & memorable. We are both Ordained Christian Ministers.

DAY-OF COORDINATOR

    • Wedding Planning Checklist: We include a tailored checklist for a 12-month timeline. This checklist is adaptable for shorter or longer engagements. Download Here

    • Handover Consultation (4 weeks prior): Transfer & confirm all wedding details & schedule with your planner for seamless execution.

    • Vendor Coordination Call: Confirm final schedule & logistics with key vendors via phone briefing.

    • Ceremony Rehearsal & Site Walkthrough (1hr): Finalize floor plans, setup, & ceremony cues with your wedding party.

    • Timeline Finalisation & Distribution: Share a polished wedding-day schedule with all vendors 7–10 days in advance.

    • Early Setup & Preparation: Principal planner arrives 3hrs pre-ceremony to oversee decor & pre-guest arrival checks.

    • Ceremony Coordination: Direct processional/recessional flow & cues for a smooth ceremony.

    • Vendor & Venue Management: Serve as the day-of liaison to keep all teams on schedule & aligned.

    • Full-Day Oversight (10hrs): Onsite from pre-ceremony through the first dance, managing setup, clutter-free transitions & tying up loose ends before we leave.

    • Emergency Preparedness: Proactively resolve hiccups with a dedicated toolkit & troubleshooting expertise.

    • Seamless Experience: Relax, celebrate, & savour the day—we handle the logistics.

    • Staffing: 1 principal planner onsite for 10hrs.

    • While offering expert guidance on structure & legal requirements, your officiant prioritizes your voice—you’ll have unlimited opportunities to revise the script & approve every detail.

    • Online/In-person Consultation.
